ReplyDeleteI may be leaping to an erroneous conclusion, here, but I get the impression that what we need here in Oregon is a different source of income. After all, we can't cut trees any more. We should encourage members of the Religion of Peace™ to visit our fair state - the more, the merrier.
We can then sell tags, allowing hunters to thin the herds. Probably would have to go to a lottery system on that, as demand might otherwise overwhelm supply.

ReplyDeleteA tube sock filled with pennies is MUCH MORE effective than a short pipe.
Lots more inertia, and a broader contact zone. Plus, they don't go unconscious immediately. So, you don't feel so guilty about wailing away until you've gotten it all out of your system.

I've always believed that how you treat animals says a lot about what kind of person you are. And the article (what little I was able to stand to read) tells a lot about that wonderful woman and the swine who mistreat those poor dogs. Wait a second, did I just insult pigs?
