As heard on Lars Larson

RINO, as insults go, has kinda been used up.  And some RINOs are worse than others.  For the worst of the worst a caller suggested

DIRT.

I like it.  Spread it around.  Just don't get any on your good pants or mom will get mad.

  1. RINO got used up once the dirtbags... i.e., those asshats calling themselves "true" conservatives... began using it to describe people who didn't always agree with THEM. I've abandoned a number of conservative blogs because of that krep. Just sayin'.

  2. Buck - My state Senator Frank Morse says it is "conservative" to give illegals in-state tuition. He says the $100k per kid we spend on their K-12 more-or-less goes to waste if they don't go on to college, and boy howdy is he all about cutting waste!! He says they should go to college and get good jobs here so Oregon can benefit from that $100K we sunk on 'em. Nevermind that they don't have a SSN to legally work here, or that the job market sucks and it'll probably be a local who's job gets taken by the college-educated illegal. Waste $17k on a tuition subsidy for somebody who shouldn't be here so the $100k already wasted on them isn't quite as wasteful and then call yourself a "conservative." As far as I am concerned, Frank Morse is DIRT. Hope that doesn't bother you, but if it does I won't be apologizing.

  3. Hey Inno, the Democrats are jumping ship here in Louisiana. Seriously, there aren't many left with enough balls to identify with the dimocraps.

Problem though...just switching parties, not loyalties. Oh well...

I'm not as sour to the term RINO as Buck is, even though I got tired of it about twelve seconds after I first heard it.

It's really pretty lame. With all the creative conservative minds, you'd have thought they'd have come up with something more clever, and less tiresome to hear over and over and over again.

Something like, "Freakin', lyin', coward sumbitches!" or something.

Hey, I heard a good one today. You've probably heard it, because it's making the rounds.

Solution to the problem in Libya: They want a new Muslim leader. I say, give them ours.

I see your point and your terminology doesn't bother me at all. I've had RINO applied to me and my views and THAT'S what pissed me off.

  5. Buck - Cool. Glad I don't have to write you out of my will. :)

Andy - No, hadn't heard it.

  6. I guess that makes me a RIDT.

    Republican in Democratic territory.

We are a brave and noble race. Highly outnumbered and in danger from natural Democratic predators.

Family-friendly phrasing heartily encouraged.
