Barry sickening

Haven't posted since Monday.  Not that there is much unusual about that.  But instead of lethargy and/or indifference and/or writer's block, I've been dealing with a nasty case of "what goes down must come up."

So far the poptart I ate this morning is staying put, so I think I've turned a corner...

Really grody stuff for the brave below the fold:

Obama just blew into Hell's Burro (and boy, are his lips tired!) to visit the Intel plant.  (His presence in my state makes me want to flee to Illinois in a shortbus).  During his speech, he actually name-dropped my OSU Beavers!  (and now that poptart is getting restless!)  Then he had to go all bipartisan and cite an Oregon Duck grad who works at Intel (poptart bjork-up status critical!)  At which point I could listen no more.  If any of you heard the rest of the speech, please lemme know what else he had to say...

  2. You will never feel better listening to what Barry has to say. Block him. Delete him.

  4. If you want that pop tart to stay in place, I'd encourage you to ignore Barry for a few more days.

  7. Sounds like a bad case of Barryitis to me. The prognosis is for two more years of Turbo-barfing upon exposure to more speeches!
    Hang in there.

  9. I have diagnosed your sickness, Inno. It was caused by that slime that descended upon your state. I feel bad you had to breath the same air as that poisonous puke. Just looking at him for one second on TV or in a pic makes me want to hurl, so I can imagine how you feel.

I hope you feel better soon.

  11. St. Barry makes me sick too, dude. Fight through the discomfort. Focus on Hayek. Look to 2012.

    That's what I do, anyway.
