Which reminds me, if you have a little trinket you'd like engraved let me know. If it is something that is small and inexpensively shipped, send me an email and we'll work out the details.

This morning at my early AM job, my "boss" (early 20's dingbat chick) was singing a Phil Collins tune:
"I could say day, and you'd say night
Tell me it's black when I know thats it's white
It's always the same it's just a shame that's all..."
Tell me it's black when I know thats it's white
It's always the same it's just a shame that's all..."
I told her I was surprised she knew the song so well. She said back "Of course I know it! I looove those really old songs!" OK, that's high school era for me. Really old... Harrumph! She could've punched me right in the McNuggets and it would have been less traumatizing than hearing the words "really old"
Ask her if she has ever heard of the Temptations!! he he
ReplyDeletePre rap-ghetto manure..
Sorry to hear that you're old. :D
ReplyDeleteHere's a hint for the "I have to F*** with it guy" with the camera. Keep it on point and shoot. Take a quick one AND THEN F*** with it for a second photograph. That way at least you'll have your point and shoot. I've been there my friend. It amazes me how really good most point and shoots are these days.
ReplyDeleteCan't you take the memory card out of the camera and plug it into the computer? Most newer 'puters have card readers built in... both my desktop and laptop do. And USB card readers are only about 20 bucks at Office Max...
ReplyDeleteRe: Genesis' "That's All." I was on my last tour and retired from the Air Force two years after the song was released, you puppy you. ;-)
Yeah the old thing is pretty terrible. I mentioned to someone something that happened in 1980 and they said, "But that was THIRTY years ago." I'm not even old and that made me feel old.
ReplyDeleteI choose to ignore the old music comment.
ReplyDeleteOr to acknowledge the 80s for tew most part. I was really busy then.
(V/W -- prell. Do they still make that shampoo? Or is the Gooble just giving me another "you're old" slam?)
